Privacy Policy for KICKS

Diego Diaz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game KICKS. This Privacy Policy explains what data KICKS collects, why, and how you can request it be deleted.
1. Account Creation
KICKS does not require you to create a separate account with us. You sign in using your existing Google Play Games profile, and we do not collect your name, personal email, or physical address through the game itself.
2. Information We Collect
To operate the game, serve ads, and keep it running smoothly, KICKS and its third-party services collect:
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address, used for advertising, fraud prevention, and security.
- App interactions — information on how you interact with the game, collected for analytics and advertising purposes.
- Crash logs and diagnostics — technical data collected to identify bugs, resolve crashes, and ensure app stability.
- Device and advertising identifiers — used to serve advertisements, measure ad performance, provide analytics, and protect against invalid traffic.
All collected data is encrypted in transit and handled in accordance with our Google Play Data Safety declaration.
3. Third-Party Services
KICKS integrates the following third-party services, which may collect and process the data described above:
- Google Play Games Services — manages sign-in, cloud save functionality, leaderboards, and achievements.
- Google AdMob — delivers mobile advertisements and monitors ad performance.
- Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — collects diagnostic metrics, crash reports, and gameplay interaction statistics to improve game stability.

4. Data Deletion
Because KICKS uses Google Play Games Services for progress tracking and cloud saves, your saved data is linked directly to your Google Play Games profile. You can delete your saved game data at any time directly from your device:
- Open the Play Games app on your Android device.
- Tap the three dots (More) in the top right corner, then select Settings.
- Scroll down to the Your data section and select Delete Play Games account & data.
- Under Delete individual game data, locate KICKS and tap Delete.
This action permanently deletes your cloud-saved wins, coin milestones, and unlocked reward progress.
5. Opting Out of Personalized Advertising
You can reset your device’s advertising identifier or opt out of interest-based ads directly within your Android settings: Settings → Google → Ads.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date.
